If you continue to browse and use this Website and Mobile Application you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our ‘Privacy Policy’ govern TCB’s relationship with you in relation to this Website and Mobile Application.

You are also advised that TCB will at all times enforce its intellectual property rights to the fullest extent of the law, including the seeking of criminal prosecution.

Institutional Subscription (Newsdle Classroom) Terms and Conditions
The Terms and Conditions of Institutional Subscriptions apply across this Website and Mobile Application.

All teachers registered at academic institutions (school, university, or language teaching institution) must be subscribed to a Newsdle Classroom subscription to access any paid TCB content. Individual accounts are not permitted for use in any institution and any such subscriptions will be cancelled without refund;

Newsdle Classroom subscriptions are offered on a per-student token-based system;
-
Students and/or teachers are not permitted to share accounts under any circumstances and measures are in place to monitor account access and usage;
-
Tokens can be redistributed to other students if students no longer require access;
-
A personalised Teacher Dashboard will be created within 24 hours of payment being received, unless otherwise stated by the Account Manager;
-
Newsdle Classroom subscriptions do not automatically renew. The Account Manager will notify the Admin Manager for the institution periodically in the leadup to the expiration of a subscription;

Pricing structure may be subject to change;
-
Upon graduation from a Newsdle Classroom subscription, students retain their individual accounts;
-
Invoice payment terms are 15 days as standard, unless otherwise stated.
Individual Subscription Terms and Conditions
The Terms and Conditions of Individual Subscriptions apply across this Website and Mobile Application.

Premium access is granted upon receipt of payment;

Individual Subscription plans automatically renew unless cancelled within Profile section of the Website or through your in-app purchase provider (Apple or Google);

It is the responsibility of the individual user to monitor the account and manually cancel the subscription;

The subscription end date is clearly displayed on the ‘Subscriptions’ section of the Profile section website or through your in-app purchase provider (Apple or Google);

Pricing structures may be subject to change. Users will be charged their renewal rate the same price as initial purchase for Website subscribers. Refer to your in-app purchase provider (Apple or Google) for renewal information regarding in-app purchases;

Upon cancellation of a subscription, the user’s recurring billing will cease and Premium access to this Website and Mobile Application will be lost upon expiration of the billed period;

If recurring billing fails, the user will lose Premium access to this Website and Mobile Application;

Individual subscriptions are for individual students only and must under no circumstances be used by more than one individual or by a teacher at an academic institution (school, university, or language teaching institution). Failure to adhere to this policy will result in immediate cancellation of the subscription without refund;

User accounts which are not accessed for a period of six months are liable to deletion.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
TCB will issue the following subscription refunds under the associated circumstances;

Refunds will not be offered for Individual Subscription plans unless required by law.

Refunds will not be offered for Institutional Subscription plans unless in exceptional circumstances which will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact your institution’s Account Manager.

Refunds will not be available under the following circumstances for both Individual and Institutional Subscriptions;

Liquidation of TCB.

Bankruptcy of TCB.

General Provisions
Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This legal notice shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or connected with this legal notice shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales in respect of any dispute which arises out of or under this Agreement.
Entire Agreement: The Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and TCB and govern your use of this Website and Mobile Application, superseding any prior agreements between you and TCB with respect to this Website and Mobile Application.
Waiver and Severability of Terms: The failure of TCB to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of the Conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavour to give effect to the parties’ intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of the Conditions remain in full force and effect.
Unauthorised use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence.
Force Majeure shall mean circumstances beyond the control of this Website and Mobile Application and the user/users, where such circumstances are unforeseeable and their consequences uncontrollable. Should such circumstances occur over the course of this agreement, neither party shall be deemed liable to or in default of its obligations under the terms of this agreement, over the period of time by which their obligations are prevented by Force Majeure. Such time limits will be laid down and accordingly extended whilst taking into account the duration of Force Majeure and its consequences and effects.
